Public Records

The Borough Clerk is the official custodian of Borough records.  Members of the public may access public records through the Borough Clerk's office or from individual Borough departments during regular office hours.

Additional public records are available in the Office of the Borough Clerk. If you would like to request a copy of a public record, you may do so by contacting the Office of the Borough Clerk or by using the Records Request Form.

Records Management Program

The Borough Clerk maintains a records management program which includes the records retention schedule and procedures for records inventory, storage, preservation, and destruction of records as necessary.
